SUNDAY TOURNEY LINEUP

I have plans two play in two different tourney's today. The first was a small warm up tourney with a $1 Buy In, 609 Players played and I managed to place 19th and in the money. My next was the same big tourney I played in last week ( The Double Deuce ). Again another 7000 people have put up $22 for a total prize pool of $140,000 with 1st place paying $27,232.80! We are currently into the game for about 50 minutes now and I have added to my 2200 starting chip count to 4922 and rank 771 of 4989 players still left. I will update my play and rank as the game goes on. Wish me luck. Ok so I'm feeling like tonight is the nite so I'm going to enter another big tourney ( $21,000 Guarantee ) 1705 players playing with a total prize pool of $40,920with 1st place paying $8,429.52. I will update you on this tourney as well. Ok I'm on my 2nd break in the Double Deuce and I'm doing pretty good. I had a great hand when my Pocket A's improved to a full boat and doubled me up. Right now I stand 554 of 2485 Players Left.

My Dreams of taking down the Daily Double just ended. I had set over set and mine fell short. Anyways I didn't do as well as I did last week nor did I make the money this week placing just under 1000. I'm still going strong in the other tourney ranked 223 of 561 Players Left. Hopefully I place in the $$$ in this one. Update at my next break. OK its another break and I'm still in the run. After taking a few bad hits to my stack I have managed to work my way back up to a good size stack. As it stand now I'm in the money and ranked # 69 of 144 with a stack size of 31,688 Chips. Hopefully I'm still in it during the next break. See ya in an hour! OK I have good news and bad news, i will start out with the good. During this hour I had my best hand of the day, see below pic.

Now for the bad news, I just busted out in the mid 40's. My hand was A 6 suited and I was in the big blind ( by this time the blinds were 6000 / 3000 and I was short stacked with around 25,000 chips. The play went as follows. Everyone folded down to the small blind, he called the additional 3000 chips, i check, the flop comes A 6 8 and I have two pair. He checks and I push the rest of my chips in and he calls right away flipping over k 8 for a pair, turn comes 3 helping no one and yes you guessed it the river brought another 8 sending me to the rail and winning $83.89. My only question is when will it be my time to hit the big one. See ya next Sunday!

THE $100K DOUBLE DEUCE

Came out of hiding for a little play today and had a deep run in Full Tilt's $100K Double Deuce. With a max amount of 7000 people playing in this tourney I would say I had a great run making it down to under 300 players and more then tripling my $22 Buy In. I may play this tourney again next Sunday and see if I can do a little better. Don't count on me playing a whole lot or updating my blog to much but I will jump in here and there. My plans are to start out in 2009 with a bang and get real serious about online poker. Until then see ya on the track.

STILL ON BREAK

Sorry it has been a while since I blogged my site. I have been on a little break, for the most part I have had to withdraw most of my bankroll to Pay Bills. My house in Florida ( On the Market for Over 2 1/2 years now ) is draining me. It may take me to the first of the year before I'm back to the online Poker Tables. My mind just is not on Playing Poker at the moment. With three out of my four children and my wife all having birthdays in the last quarter of the year plus Christmas just around the corner ( hopefully you see my point ) Its been all I can do to stay above the water. Juggling two houses and a family of 6 is expensive. Anyways I would not count on seeing anything big from me for a few more months. I hope all is going well for my readers. It looks like my Fast Track has Derailed the Track for a bit.

COMMENTS

I had a question from one of my buddies about posting a comment. I have this blog open to anyone that wishes to read and even better post me a comment. All you have to do is click the comment section where you would like to leave a comment, type in your comment, type in the word verification, choose identity Anonymous if you are not a registered Google/Blogger and hit Post Your Comment. Anyways I hope this helps to those of you that are new to blogging. As far as Poker goes I spent the weekend for the most part with my family. We managed to take a 1.5 mile hike through the mountains which was quite a accomplishment seeing we had our 3 month old with us. I did spend some time watching USCphildo play in some of the Full Tilt WSOOP Games. He has had a good run month and I do expect to here more good things about him in the future. Anyways I think I will take the week off from Poker and maybe get in a $26 MTT this weekend. Also one other item to add for tonights topic, is anyone besides me not using a program such as Poker Tracker 3 or Holdem Manager to help them play Poker. I read a article in BLUFF Magazine today that pretty much says if your not using one of these programs your already at a disadvantage. Anyways I'm not but I would love to here your feedback and honesty about this issue if you are. OK catch you next time on the Fast Track.

DEEP RUN

OK I had a pretty good Deep Run in a MTT Tonight. I placed 12 out of 1300 Players! It was only a $10 Buy In but a made a profit of over $140 and I also gained more experience playing in a MTT. I will most likely play another tomorrow night. I hope all is going well with those few readers that keep up with my Blog. I wish you all Good Luck with your Playing. I will Leave you for now but see you back on the Fast Track Tomorrow.

FTOPS IX EVENT #1

With Full Tilt's FTOPS Events well on their way, I can't help but get energized as I watch players play for some unbelievable amounts of Money. I did manage to play in this one event which I won my entry using some of my Full Tilt Points. I was knocked out when my Pocket A A's lost to A K when my opponent hit a straight. My dreams over in a flash. Oh well better luck next time. I have managed to add a total of 12 $26 Tokens to my Bankroll. I will start playing some MTT's soon. Anyways I will leave you with a short video of the final table play from Event Number #1. See Ya on the Fast Track.

TOKEN FRENZY

Sorry for the lack of updates on my Blog. I have not really been in the mood for chatting or blogging. My poker has been just OK, not really much to share or talk about. As you can see I took another big withdraw from my Bankroll, another $1000 to be exact. Unfortunately my tenants on my rental property just up and moved out on me over one weekend without a notice or call and as I said before my wife and I just had our 4Th child and baby formula is not cheap. Anyways I'm going to take a little break from Buying In and hold on to my Bankroll and just spend my Full Tilt Points and play in games to win Satellite Tokens which I will then play in Large MTT Games. I will put my Bankroll Cash on hold for two reasons, first I may need to withdraw it for Bills and two I'm not really wanting to drop down my Level of Play or Buy In's and start all over again. This will also give me some time to better my MTT Play where the real money can be won. So far I have collected 7 $26 Tokens and I just finished playing in the Fifty Fifty which I won my entry by using 1800 of my 27000FTP Points. Anyways I will let you know how I do when I do play, but most likely it will be at a much slower pace. Wish me Luck and remember to Keep it on the Fast Track even though for now it may seem like I fell off!

2008 WSOP NEW EPISODES

I can finally watch a new episode of Poker. I'm sure most of you are aware that this past Tuesday a new episode for 2008 WSOP has been aired. Like most of you for the next 17 Weeks at 8PM I will have my TV set to ESPN. I had a great poker run this morning and added another chunk of change to my Bankroll. I stuck to my plan played and played a HU Game and two STT Games all at my $50 Buy In Level, winning the HU Game and placing in the money in both STT Games. I also picked up a book "How To Beat Sit & Go Poker" which I found very interesting. I found that alot of my strategies that I play are also in this book. I did get a great deal of advise when you make it to the finally four and your chip leader. Total Power Poker and it works. Anyways I'm getting ready to take the family out to the Park so I don't think I will be playing anymore Poker Today. Until next time keep it on the Fast Track.

FINALLY IT'S FRIDAY

I'm looking forward to a nice relaxing weekend. This week at work has been a really hectic week and I'm glad it's over. My play over the last few days has added a few more dollars to my Bankroll. I played mostly STT Games along with a few HU Games all at my $50 Buy In Level. However the best action was at my 2 Sessions at the $2 / $4 table, both games I bought in with $100 and I doubled my money within 40 Hands at each table which took only about 20 minutes. Pocket A's at one table and A Q which paired at the other. Other than Poker our New Addition to the family(Our 4th Child) had his 2 month checkup and all is well with him, as a matter of fact he is in the 90% Range for his age! All good news from here. I'm not sure how much Poker I will play this weekend but I will surly Blog it as I go. Catch you next time on the Fast Track!

A LITTLE DOWN

Sorry Its been a few days since I've had the energy to Log my thoughts. I have gone the wrong direction over the last week. Not that I have lost my Bankroll or anything that I can't recover from but it's still in the wrong direction. This is why I must stick to my game plan and continue my Buy In Level in which my Bankroll can support. Not that all has been bad I did manage to take another Paycheck out. I'm not sure what direction I need to take. It appears my Hourly Rate is at its peak when I play $2/$4 Ring Games. I have set a limit of $100 Buy In when I play at this Level and if I lose it I'm done, so far this has Paid Off. I have played a few MTT's at a $24 Buy In and placed money in one of them, not much but at least I held out to hit the cash. I will probably stick to Heads Up Play tomorrow along with my STT's Games. See ya on the Fast Track and hopefully I will have better Results!

NOVEMBER NINE

The Final Table line up has been set for the 2008 WSOP Main Event which will play out Live in November. The 9 lucky players will have four months to prepare for battle in which all of the Poker World will be watching. Who will join forces and train with a Pro, who and what kind of deals will be made on the side. This is going to be Big for the Poker Industry itself and I can't wait to see how it plays out. Anyways Good Luck to the Final Nine. As far as my play today I pretty much broke about even, well I did add a whole $4 to my Bankroll. Before you leave check out picture below for the November Nine Players and I will see you next time on the Fast Track!

MORE MONEY MORE MONEY

I only played for about an hour tonight. I jumped into two $50 STT's and placed in the Money in both of them. I placed 1st for $225 in one and 3rd in the other for $90. At the same time I keep refreshing my bluffmagazine.com web page and reading who is still left in the Main Event of the 2008 WSOP. At this time there are only 16 Players Left, can you imagine 16 Players away from 1st Place and $9,119,517! The final nine will be superstars just from the way this years final table will play out live 4 Months from now. Anyway I get a rush just reading the online live blog. So I end my blog tonight dreaming of one day playing in the Main Event Myself but for now I'll take the other $205 I just added to my Bankroll. Life just couldn't be any better! See below for the chip count for the remaining 16 Players. Catch me next time on the Fast Track!

STILL WINNING

My weekend play is now over and I'm still on a winning streak. I played a few Heads Up Games at my $50 Buy In Levels and did OK but most of my wins came from STT Games. Even at this Level of Buy In's I'm finding alot of fish in the pond. For the most part in a STT Game I'm just laying back, keeping my cool and being very patient, people just knock each other out and soon its just the top three left and your in the Money. Not that I'm trying to cash out all my winnings but I did also decide to cash out another paycheck today in the amount $420 and with my winnings today that still keeps my Bankroll over $3000.00, which is really at the minimum where I want it to be. I'm also not moving up any Levels of Buy In's simply because Full Tilt goes from $50 Buy In's to $100 Buy In's at both Heads Up Play and their STT Games, correction they do have a $80 Heads Up Game but no $80 STT Game. Anyways I'm playing really good at this Level so why push it right now. Lets see how much money I can make over the next few months before I change anything. Keep on the Fast Track with me!

THREE WINS IN A ROW

I just finished playing three $50 STT and placed in the money in all three! I had some great hands and read my opponents very well. I added another $240.10 to my growing Bankroll which is now at $3349.50. Considering I just cut my self a Paycheck that's not bad at all, as a matter of fact if I continue at this rate I will have my next weeks $400 Paycheck by Monday Morning. I just heard from a buddy tonight who happen to just finish up playing some Live Poker. He started with $100 and 4 Hours later had worked it up to around $270.00 only to lose it all when a Donk stayed in with Pocket 6's against my buddies Pocket K's. He played it well in my opinion short of pushing all in after the flop. He made a good size pre flop raise and was called. The flop came 2,9,7 and he made another strong continuation bet and the Donk called again. The turn card brought a Q, nothing to scare my buddy off and he fired again pushing all in. The Donkey called and yes you know the rest of the storey he hits his 6 on the river sending my buddy home for the night, that Sucks! Anyways my online deal is going great! Until next time check out my Chart. See you on the Fast Track!

PAYDAY

OK I figure its about time I pay myself a little for my hard work. I have played well the last 2 days and added another $302.50 to my Bankroll bringing my total Bankroll to $3509.40. Its been 36 days since I started this project and so far all has gone well and my plan has worked. I have put together a plan to take out weekly paychecks in the amount of $400 a week starting today! If I continue to play at my current Buy In amount of $50 and be up at the minimal of 7 games or wins at the end of the week, I should be OK with a $400 a Week Payday and still never go under $3000.00 in my Bankroll which will still keep me over 50 times my current Buy In Level! Hopefully my Paychecks will keep rolling in and my Bankroll will keep on a growing in my Fast Track Poker Plan. Until next time keep it on the Fast Track!

PATIENCE PAYS OFF

I played a few Heads Up Games today at my Current $50 Buy In Level and one STT at my current Buy In Level. I did very well at heads up play and in my STT very early into the game I lost about half my chips when my Pocket Q's did not hold up against A K. I knew I needed to set back, relax and let a few players knock one another out and wait until I had the cards and play it smart extracting as many chips as possible to rebuild my stack. I folded almost every hand including when I was small blind with no cards worth playing. Pretty soon I had regained my chips and it was down to the final 4 of us. I won 3 straight hands in a row and in the process knocked out a player. Now it was the final 3 and we were all in the money. The Chip Leader had twice as many chips as me and the other player. I again decided to be Patient and wait until I had the cards to back me up and then play smart as to extract as many chips as possible. Before long the Chip Leader had grinded the other guy down to nothing, for the most part because he was sticking in and calling in hopes to hit his cards. This did not do so well for him and it moved me up another pay scale and left me heads up with this guy who had 3 times as many chips as I did. By this time he knew I was a tight player and I used this as a tool to work against him. I started out Heads Up Play folding almost every hand and when I did have a good hand and pushed him into folding I showed him my cards which in turn left his mind thinking if I play I must have the goods to back me up. I bluffed nearly 80% of the time the rest of the game and the other 20% of the times when he called I did indeed have the goods! I soon had the chip Lead which must have sent him over the edge and into Tilt and then I continued grinded him and out of the game. I picked up the 1st place win and collected $235 in the process. I ended the day up adding another $290.00 to my growing Bankroll!

MULTI-TABLING MADNESS

So I have played a little over a month now and decided to look at my Hourly Profit by # of Tables Played. I can see that I do best when I keep my multi-tabling down to under 3 games at once. Anymore then 3 games and I guess I put my self in Tilt. So for the time being I will keep it to no more 2 games at once. Since my last blog I have added another $127.00 to my Bankroll playing Heads Up and $1 / $2 NL Ring Games. My plan is to get my Bankroll up to $3000.00 then I will move on to the next Level of $60 Buy In's. I'm also going to figure on a weekly Paycheck for all my hard work with out touching my overall Bankroll Amount, more on that at a later date and time. For now let me get over the $3000.00 Hump. Until next time keep it on the Fast Track with me!

NEW LEVEL

OK so I just had to come back from watching the fireworks and play some more Poker. I had not planed on it but you know, things happen. Anyways I love the new Level. I played some good solid players and lost a few and won a few. At the same time I jumped into a $1/$2 NL Ring game and did great there as well. I managed to add another $182.20 to my Bankroll. I also had a great hand were I had pocket Q's, I raised pre flop to $7 Dollars and got a caller. The flop went 5 10 8 a great flop for me. I was first to act and checked only to have my opponent bet $20, which is exactly what I was hoping he would do. I thought for a few seconds and then went all in, he only had another $40 Dollars or so and called me right away. He flipped his cards over and was holding A 10. The turn brought another 5 and the river a 5 as well, giving me a full house and the win. I'm definitely on the Fast Track Now!

HAPPY 4TH OF JULY

I won't play much today. I just jumped on Full Tilt real quick and made another $100. I'm getting ready to take the family out for dinner and find a nice spot to watch the fireworks. When I start my next Sessions they will be at my New Level of play which is $50 Buy In's. Thirty Days ago I started this plan and my Bankroll was $600.45 and now its at $2576.55 which is a increase of 330%! Givin I had to stay at low levels of play until I could move up to the next Level always keeping my Bankroll at 50 times my Buy In Level I think this is a great accomplishment. Ok I'm leaving for tonight. Have a Great 4th of July and rember to keep it on the Fast Track!

NINE HOURS OF POKER

I just finished player poker for tonight. I'm about to pass out from being up almost 23 straight hours now. As soon as I came home from work I started to play poker and here it is 9 hours later and I'm sharing my dazed thoughts with you guys. I'm thinking why did I not put this plan together sooner in my life. Poker really is about playing well and most important Bankroll Management. When I stick to my plan it all goes well for me. I'm ending tonight up another $599.50, my best daily gain so far. OK enough with me blah blah blah, I'm going to bed. Keep it on the Fast Track!

LESSONS LEARNED

Its been ruff the last few days. I got off of my plan just a little and skipped up to the next level and my bankroll went the wrong way. I was not focused and played like I was at a Blackjack Table, trying to get it back once I was down. Anyways at one point my Bankroll went down to just a little over $1400. I took some time off and cleared my mind because I was not focused on the game, only the cash. I came back with a clear mind and jumped right back into my Level of play. I managed to win most of what I played today and brought my Bankroll back up to its all time high of $1882.90. I have yet learned another good lesson and that is not to deviate from my plan. I will stick to my current Level and not get crazy and try to skip up the levels when my Bankroll is not ready!

WEEKEND WARRIOR

OK its Saturday Night or I should say more like Sunday Morning. I played a little poker earlier today and then I took my wife and kids out to the park, came home had a little smoked chicken and started to play poker. I've played a total of 23 games all in my $30 Buy In's. I had a couple of bad beats or should I say lost with what I thought to be the best hand. I had AA and raised pre flop 3 times the blind. I got a call. The flop came 9 4 7, nothing to make me worry or scare me off. I again made a strong bet half the size of the pot and got a call. The turn brought a 2, I again put the pressure on and raised him half of his stack, he pushed all in. I thought to my self what does he have. There was no flush draw at all , has he hit a set, maybe 2 pair, what could he possible have, I called and he flipped over a 2 and a 10. I thought what is he doing staying in pre flop with a 2 10. Anyways I said to myself easy money, that is until the river brought another 2 cracking my A's! Anyways all in all I had another plus day today adding $114.30 to my Bankroll. I will call it a night and maybe play some tomorrow. Until then keep it on the Fast Track!

STILL CLIMBING

I'm still moving up in progress. I did not play any poker yesterday at all. I came home from work and crashed. I did however play a total of 18 Games today all in my $30 Buy In Level. I mixed it up a little and played some STT's and it cost me, as I was only able to place in the money 1 time in these Short Tourneys. Thankful before the end of my play tonight I was able to regain all of my losses and add another $97.50 to my total Bankroll. I will try to stay away from the STT's for a few days. I'm feeling pretty good about my Fast Track Poker Plan. It's like taken my Poker Play and treating it like a little business trying to gain revenue and cut expenses while looking at the long term outcome and not the short term gain I have experienced in the past.

NEW LEVEL

I played at my new Level today and found much better players. My first opponent had a 26% ROI over 1700 Games. He was a very good competitor and we played for almost 70 Minutes before I was able to take him out holding AA against his KK all in preflop. After that it was up and down for most of the night. I did however manage to end my play adding another $49.50 to my Bankroll. I'm calling it quits for tonight but I will be back on the Fast Track tomorrow.

I'M A MOVIN' ON UP

I had another great day today. I played 22 Heads Up Games all at my current $20 Buy In Level. I was able to win 16 of them bringing my bankroll to $1502.70! I can now move up to the next Level of $30 Buy In's and still have 50 times my Level of Play to fund my bankroll. I will have to stay at this Level unfortunately until my bankroll reaches at least $2500.00. The reason for this is that Full Tilt Poker does not have a $40 Heads Up Game. My next Level after this will have to be at the $50 Level. Since I began this Fast Track Poker Plan ( 19 Days Ago ) I have logged 41.9 Hours of play, added $902.25 or 150% to my bankroll, on average I'm making $22.10 an Hour and I have gained a great deal of knowledge on the importance of putting together a Bankroll Management Plan. I will continue to post my play daily and if you have any ideas for improvement or things you would like to see please let me know. Until then I'm keeping it on the Fast Track!

Sunday, June 22, 2008

DONKEY

I had another great run at Heads Up Play. I kept to my plan and bought in at my current level of $20. I started my 1st game at 7PM and played for almost 4 straight hours. I happen to find a player that would not back down. I played him Heads Up for 20 games and won 15 out of the 20. I would have played him all night had he wanted too. He finally gave up and called it a night. Anyways he added another 13.5% to my bankroll bringing my total bankroll now to $1326.70. I will be looking for this guy again tomorrow. Another day like this and I can move up another level on my Fast Track!

Thursday, June 19, 2008

THURSDAY THUNDER

So far today has been a much better day. I have added another $169.00 to my bankroll bringing my bankroll total to $1170.95. I stayed at my current Buy In Levels of $20 and played a mixture of STT's and 18 Players MTT's and it paid off. Not a bad day at all if I must say so myself and I had a lot of fun at the tables. I may or may not play anymore Poker today, it kind of depends on my wife's plans to go shopping. In the meantime I have put together so great reports for you all to look at. I'm back on the Fast Track!

DOWN TODAY

I had a ruff day today. I played a total of 10 games today all in my new Buy In Level of $20. I was not playing my best at all and only placed in the money 3 out of the 10 games I played. I dropped my bankroll down $102.00 or 9.2% to put my bankroll now at $1001.95. I will continue at the same level tomorrow and see how I do.

Tuesday, June 17, 2008

DONE FOR THE DAY

I have had yet another plus day. Not a big gain or much to talk about but as each day passes I'm increasing my bankroll and getting closer to a new level. I played lots of Heads Up Play again today and finished up with a $20+2 STT. I added another $58.00 to my bankroll ending the day at $1103.95. I don't plan to play anymore today. I'm going to hang out with my wife and kids. Have a great night! See ya tomorrow.

Monday, June 16, 2008

THE NEXT LEVEL

I finally can move up to the Next Level. I have continued to play at the Buy In Levels of $10. I stuck to heads up play and a few STT's games here and there. I now have built my bankroll up to $1045.95 which is about a 75% Increase from my starting bankroll of $600.45. I now plan to Buy In at the $20 Levels. I will continue to play a mixture of Heads Up Play along with STT's. At this Level of Buy In's I will still have about 50 times my Play Level covering my bankroll. My next goal will be to get my bankroll up to $1500.00. Then I can move up another Level, keeping in mind that if I lose 30% of my new bankroll of $1045.95 I will have to drop back down a Level. Wish me luck on my Fast Track!

HEADS UP PLAY

I did not play any yesterday but today was another good day. I stuck to heads up play only and added a plus to my bankroll. I started today with my bankroll at $632.45 and ended my play tonight at $723.45 up another 14.3%. I'm going to continue playing at this low level of Buy In's $10+0.50 and only play Heads Up for a while. It worked yesterday and today so I think I should continue at this rate. My play has been great, my reads have been right on and I'm finding the donks get crushed at heads up. I'm on my way to the Fast Track!

Monday, June 9, 2008

BEST DAY SO FAR

OK Today's playing was a little more profitable, not much of anything to brag about but considering the level that I'm playing at it was not a bad day at all. I started out with a Session this morning Playing 2 $10 STT's at the same time. Again I had plenty of Donks catching some cards and I finished both just out of the money placing 4Th in game one and 5Th in game two bringing my bankroll down to $562.45. I took some time to think about my progress and decided that I would stay at this Level of play as far as Buy In's Go but I would finish my Sessions Today Playing Heads Up at a Buy In Level of $10+0.50 and see how I do. I played 4 Sessions of 2 Heads Up Games at once for a total of 8 games. I was making all the right reads and playing some great Heads Up Poker. I managed to somehow win all 8 games! I transferred $10 to a buddy of mine so that puts my bankroll now at $632.45 up 8.2% from yesterday. I'm calling it quits for tonight but I look forward to playing tomorrow. I may stick to Heads Up Play in all my Sessions tomorrow and see how it goes. Who knows I may have found my ticket to the Fast Track!

SUNDAY MADNESS

After another long day of playing poker in between taking my son fishing, picking my daughter up from a friends house and cutting the grass I'm calling it a night. I managed to get in another 4 Sessions today playing 4 STT's at once for a total of 16 games today. I had my bankroll up over $600 only to end the day with my bankroll at $584.45. I'm having to push myself to stay at this level. I'm spending way to much time only to add a few dollars plus or minus to my bankroll. I need to Fast Track my way to the next level some how before I go insane!

FRUSTRATING DAY

I have played 4 Sessions today all Mult Playing 4 STT's at once for a total of 16 games. I feel at this level of play it is going to take me a good while before moving up to the next level. At one point today my bankroll was down to $498.45 before I brought it back up to $580.45. I feel like I was making all the right calls and reading my opponents very well but it seems at this level of Buy In's ( 10 + 1 ) you have many donks fishing to the end and catching it. I will however stick to my plan and will not move up any levels until I increase my starting bankroll by 40%. More to come as I continue my Fast Track Poker Plan.

FIRST DAY

I started out in Session one not doing so well. I had some great hands that just didn't hold up. I had my 4 STT's going at once as planned and the first knock out was when I lost with a set of 9's against a set of 10's then 2 mins later in my second game i got knocked when my pocket A's got cracked by pocket 3's. He put me in pre flop so i had to go with it. My 3rd and 4th game didn't go any better. Onto my 2nd Session where in game one I placed in the money finishing 3rd and taking away $18.00. Game two, three and four was not any better then my first Session. The cards just were not falling my way. I took about a 20 min break and then started my finial Session of the night. Luckily this time I placed in the money 3 out of the 4 games so I ended the night dropping my overall bankroll down from $600.45 to $576.45. I will call it a night and tomorrow try to get my Sessions scheduled a little better. Maybe one during the day or early morning. If you have any thought or ideas for my blog please feel free to comment and remember no track is better then the Fast Track!

MY BANKROLL

I have managed to start my bankroll with $600.00. In the past I would have normally just logged into Full Tilt Poker and started playing like crazy. This time I have a good game plan in place and I will start out playing 3 Sessions a Day with each Session Consisting of Multi Playing 4 different STT's at once. This way each day I will have completed a total of 12 games. With my bankroll only starting at $600.00 I will stay at the $10 + 1 Buy In Level. Including the Buy in Fee's this will put me just over 50 times my Buy In Level which should keep me from playing scared should I have a few bad days. I also have a plan in place to drop down a level if I lose 30% of my starting bankroll and a plan to move up a level should I increase my bankroll by 60%. As I said before I have been playing Poker as long as I can remember, I love the rush of gambling and the thrill of making quick money. I have been as so brave to play $500 a hand in Black Jack for 2 solid hours, Day Trade in the Stock Market, invest in all kinds of crazy get rich plans and so on and on and on. So this will be a challenge for me in itself to stick to a Money Management Plan. Luckily for me I will have the Support and Encouragement of my Lovely Wife and hopefully my new online Friends such as you to keep me on the right path. OK enough talk let me get to playing some Fast Track Poker!

GETTING STARTED

First of all let me introduce myself and tell you a little bit about me. My name is Jason, I just turned 35 years old ( Happy Birthday to Me ) I have been happily married now for almost 15 years and we just had our fourth child. I have a great job and as far as I know pretty good health. Anyways back to Poker. I have been playing poker since I was about 6 years old. You know setting around with my Uncles as they played 5 Card Draw. Poker has been in and out of my life as far back as I can remember. Nothing real serious until now. I have been playing online poker for about 8 months now and have absolutely nothing in the bank to show for it. I have had some ups and downs, some wins and losses and actually managed to cash out a few small checks, nothing really worth talking about and as it stands right now I have a whopping $0.45 cents in my Poker Account. I have finally decided to get it together and take my Poker Playing to the next level. I have been reading up on Bankroll Management and now I figure it is about time to put a plan in place. My first goal is to figure out how much money I can invest in this venture and that will determine what level of Buy In's I start at. At the beginning I'm going to play NL Holdem Sit & Go Single Table Tournaments. I like playing at Full Tilt Poker and so my plans are to fund my bankroll only at that site. OK enough for now, let me get started crunching my personal finances so I can somehow fund this venture and oh by the way Welcome to my Fast Track Poker World!
